In this role you will be responsable for evolving online- / performance marketing and developing the E-CRM strategy.Grow of qualified traffic to the website and maximise acquisition and retention performance through effective marketing and E-CRM are also responsabilities.

Over de functie

  • Lead, develop and performance-manage the team & evolve online-/performance marketing- and E-CRM-strategy
  • Grow qualified traffic to our high-traffic website through Online Marketing (i.e. SEA, SEO, Affiliates, Email, Price Comparison Sites, Re-Targeting, Display) and maximize ROI
  • Maximize acquisition- and retention-performance through effective marketing and E-CRM  (on- and off-site)
  • Determine, allocate and performance-manage budgets based upon ongoing ‘customer journey’-analyses
  • Ensure a comprehensive and effective planning & control
  • Performance-manage agencies on a daily basis, ensure an appropriate supplier-network
  •  Liaise with German HQ for best practice and knowledge transfer
  • Support management in projects

Functie eisen

  • In-dept experience in a comparable position in an E-commerce company, preferable within fashion or lifestyle
  • Demonstrable success in delivering substantial growth whilst increasing ROI through performance marketing and effective E-CRM
  • Proven success in managing customer databases in a large scale B2C context
  • Experience in managing large budgets
  • Leadership experience
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
  • Strives under pressure
  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset
  • University degree, or Bachelor preferably in (digital) marketing or economics. Fluency in Dutch, English and German
